Ingredients:
Rose Flower Chirote recipe makes 1 Servings
2 cup Fresh curds
One fourth cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Or more rose syrup
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cardamon powder
One half cup Water
10 Crushed icecubes; (10 to
12)
10 dr Vanilla essence; (10 to 12)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.
Serve in tall glasses, chilled.
Vary the flavour by substituting rose for khus, kewra or pineapple.
Very finely chopped pieces of fruit may be added.
