Recipe - Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients:
Roquefort Dressing recipe makes 1 Cups
2 tablespoon Crumbled Roquefort; (it's
available)
One half cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vinegar
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Chopped parsley
One fourth teaspoon Tarragon
Put roquefort into a bowl and mash it well. Gradually stir in the sour
cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and tarragon. Stir well. Refrigerate
or serve.
