Ingredients:
Roquefort Cheese Ball recipe makes 1 Servings
1 One half pound Roquefort, room temp
1 pound Cream cheese, room temp
One half pound Butter, room temp
Cognac to taste
Pecans, crush
Process all but nuts. Divide in half. Roll in foil. Refrigerate until
workable. Roll in nuts.
