1 Full flavored blue cheese;
softened
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
2 teaspoon Finely minced green onion
1 teaspoon Finely minced garlic
Toast bread rounds lightly under a broiler. Beat remaining ingredients
together and spread evenly on croutes.
