Recipe - Roquefort Apple Dessert

4 md Sized red apples
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 One half ounce Crumbled Roquefort cheese
One fourth cup French dressing
One fourth cup Chopped walnuts
2 tablespoon Seedless raisins
Cut slice from top of each apple; reserve. Remove cores. Scoop out pulp,
leaving One fourth inch shells. Brush shells with lemon juice. Dice apple pulp.
Combine minced apple and remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Fill apple
shells with mixture. Replace apple tops. Serves 4.
