Ingredients:
Romanian Sausage (Matiti) recipe makes 1 Servings
Water
Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Soda
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Thyme
One half teaspoon Basil
1 pound Ground beef
2/3 pound Ground pork
In blender, make a thin water and garlic paste. Add beef stock, salt, soda,
and spices. Mix well. Add meats. Mix.
