Ingredients:
Rohrmus Mit Aepfeln Oder Gruiben(Apple Or Cra recipe makes 6 Servings
200 g Flour (1 Three fourths cups)
2 Eggs
1/8 l Milk (One half cup plus One half Tbsp)
1 pn Salt
50 g Lard (3 One half Tbsp)
Apples OR cracklings
From the Ries area.
Make a pancake batter and pour into a greased bread pan. Top with cut or sliced up
apples or with cracklings, and bake.
If topped with fruit, dust with sugar; if with cracklings, salt, and serve.
Serves 4.
