Recipe - Rognons Aux Champignons (Kidneys)

6 Lamb Kidneys Skinned and
chopped
One half cup Butter
1 tablespoon Flour
3 tablespoon Red wine
1 Chicken stock cube
One half pt Water
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One fourth pound Mushroom, chopped
Fry kidneys in butter. Remove from heat. Add other ingredients. Returns to
heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and green salad.
