Recipe - Rods Steak Marinade

2 tablespoon Dark sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Fish sauce
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, minced

Mix ingredients together and marinade steak in a bowl or shallow pan for 2
to 4 hours, turning a few times to coat the meat.

NOTES : Dark Sweet Soy Sauce is available in some Asian
