Cantaloupe
Honeydew melon
Grapefruit
2 Oranges
Watermelon
4 ounce Granulated sugar
4 ounce Water
4 ounce Blue curacao
Mix sugar and water. Simmer for 30 minutes and let cool. Peel all fruits.
Remove seeds from melon and cantaloupe. Slice thinly. Segment grapefruit
and oranges. Alternate fruits on plate Spoon over of simple syrup and blue
