Recipe - Robs Chili

1 pound Ground beef
1 lg Onion
2 Cloves garlic; pressed
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Cocoa
One half teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 Bottle beer; 12 ounces
1 cup Salsa
2 cn Diced tomatoes; 14.5 ounces
2 cn Dark kidney beans; 15 ounces
Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano,
cocoa, and tabasco sauce.
Add beer, salsa, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add kidney beans and simmer 30 minutes.
NOTES : For the beer I prefer Molson Ice. For the salsa I prefer ChiChi's
