1 Head frisee
1 Head Boston lettuce
1 Red onion; cut or sliced up
DRESSING
One fourth cup Orange juice
3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
One fourth cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Rosemary; chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
GARNISH
Orange slices
Edible flowers
PICK OF THE DAY EDIBLE FLOWERS SHOW #PD1B02
Wash and dry lettuces well. Mix all dressing ingredients and drizzle over
salad.
Garnish with orange slices and edible flowers.
