5 pound Chicken (in fajita style
strips)

MARINATED A DAY IN
20 ounce Orange juice concentrate
15 Roasted chiles from last
year (pureed, ideally
extrahot)
One half cup Tequilla (or more)
One half cup Lime juice
10 Cloves garlic grated fine
(or more)
2 teaspoon Salt (or more)

(served in a tortilla with freshly roasted chiles et al)
