Recipe - Roasted Vegetables

2 tablespoon Mazola RightBlend Corn &
Canola Oils
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Rosemary or tarragon,
crushed
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
6 cup Cutup vegetables
In cup mix first 5 ingredients. In 13x9" baking dish toss cutup
vegetables with marinade. Roast in a 450'F. oven 20 minutes or until
tender, stirring once. Makes 6 servings.
