Roasted Red Pepper Cream Soup recipe makes 4 Servings
1 Jar; (7oz.) Roasted Red
Peppers, drained and finely
chopped
16 ounce Fatfree Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
Makes about 2 Cups
Combine the chopped red peppers, sour cream, garlic, and salt in a small
bowl. Blend the ingredients with an electric hand mixer. Chill until ready
to serve.
Goes well with flavored nacho or potato chips and a variety of vegetables
for dipping.
