Ingredients:
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Roasted red bell peppers;
bottled
One half cup Tomato juice
2 tablespoon Sundried tomatoes; chopped,
about 1 ounce, not
oilpacked
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 Cloves garlic
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until
smooth. Yield: 1 One half cups (Serving size: 1 tablespoon).
