Recipe - Roasted Pesto Potatoes

Three fourths cup Store bought pesto
1 One half pound Red potatoes; cut into 1 "
chunks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together the pesto and
the potatoes. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet. Bake for 45
minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
