Ingredients:
Roasted Pepper And Caper recipe makes 8 Servings
1 7oz Jar Roasted Red Peppers;
Drain and slice
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 tablespoon Chopped Capers
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
One half teaspoon Anchovy Paste
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 pound Bowties; Cooked
Combine red peppers, olive oil, parsley, capers, garlic, anchovy paste,
oregano, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes. Toss with cooked bowties.
