Recipe - Roasted Nuts

1 pound Nuts
1 Egg white
1 tablespoon Water
One half cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup White sugar
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
Mix nuts egg white and water. Dip nuts in this mixture: brown sugar,
cinnamon, white sugar and nutmeg. Mix in sack and shake nuts. Place on
cookie sheet. Salt to taste. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
