Recipe - Roasted Herbed Red Potatoes

Red potatoes; cut into bite
sized pieces
4 tablespoon Braggs Aminos
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parseley
One fourth teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Dried sage

On my one and only camping trip ...I packed lots of roasted herbed red
potatoes in ziplock baggies and they were a big hit and kept well in our
cooler. We reheated for dinner in foil over our fire.
Recipe: cut lots of red potatoes into bite sized pieces. Marinate in
spices. Bake on nonstick sheet at 350 for 30 min or until done. They'll
be slightly browning and puffed.
We also had lots of Pasta to which we added lots of fresh cut up herbs and
slightly cooked fresh vegies.
