Recipe - Roasted Garlic Salad

1 Red bell pepper, roasted,
Peeled and cut into
1/4inch strips
Three fourths pound Green beans, steamed tender
1 Head of garlic, roasted,
Peeled,chop
3 tablespoon Chopped, marinated
Sundried tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoon Toasted pine nuts or chopped
Walnuts
2 tablespoon Herbed olive oil
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
3 cup Chopped salad greens
Salt and pepper to taste
One half cup Grated Asiago, Romano or
Feta cheese
In large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
