One fourth cup Minced fresh basil
One fourth cup Fat free Parmesan cheese
One fourth cup Nonfat Ricotta cheese

Just to prove I am not really angry anymore, here is a good recipe for
Roasted Garlic Pesto. I hope you all enjoy it. If you don't, please don't
write (BIG GRIN).
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and
place them on a baking sheet in the oven until they become very soft, about
25 minutes. Unwrap them and let them cool at room temperature. Squeeze the
pulp out of the garlic cloves and into the work bowl of a compact food
processor or a blender fitted with a small container. Add the rest of the
ingredients and process into a thick paste.
