Recipe - Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

1 Head garlic; peeled
2 pound Red potatoes; cleaned &
quartered
One half cup Milk
2 ounce Butter
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees,coat garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil,place
on cookie sheet. Roast 2030 minutes till well browned and soft. Boil
potatoes until tender,about 15 minutes,drain and place in mixer bowl, add
remaining ingredients and mix till mashed and combined. Adjust seasoning.

Car bohydrate; 26mg Cholesterol; 335mg Sodium
NOTES : I like real food!,so I dont peel the potatoes. If you love
garlic,use 2 heads!
