Recipe - Roasted Fish Fillets

Ingredients:
Roasted Fish Fillets recipe makes 4 Servings
1 One half pound Salmon fillets
3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
One half teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
3 tablespoon Finely chopped mint or
cilantro
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Season fish with vinegar and pepper. Roast 5 to 7
minutes or 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Fish is done when it is opaque
and flakes when tested with a fork. Remove from oven and immediately
sprinkle minced herb over the top.
