Roasted Curried Sweet Potatoes (Radisson) recipe makes 1 Servings
5 pound Whole sweet potatoes
2 tablespoon Curry powder
1 cup Brown sugar
2 cup Sliced apples
One fourth cup Raisins
One fourth cup Melted butter
Peel and julienne sweet potatoes. In a mixing bowl combine remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 325
degree oven until potatoes are tender. Serve hot and enjoy!
