Recipe - Roasted Cauliflower And Broccoli

4 cup Fresh cauliflower florets
4 cup Fresh broccoli florets
2 Cloves garlic, thinly cut or sliced up
2 teaspoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine cauliflower florets and next 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Add
olive oil and salt, and toss well to coat.
Arrange the mixture in a single layer in a 13 x 9inch baking dish coated
with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned,
stirring every 5 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 92 Calories; 3g Fat (25% calories from fat); 7g Protein; 14g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 190mg Sodium
