Recipe - Roasted Baby Carrots

4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh or 1 tsp.dried
thyme leaves
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 pack (16 oz.) plus 1 package
( 8 oz.) babycut carrots
( 9 cups)
Heat oven to 425F. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with nonstick
cooking spray. Place all ingredients in pan; stir to coat.
Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are
