Ingredients:
Roast Quartered Chicken recipe makes 4 Servings
1 Roasting chicken, quartered
1 Large minced onion
Garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, paprika
Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over minced onions and
garlic. Add about One half cup of water and cover. Roast at 350 F. until almost
tender. Remove cover, lower heat to 325 F. and bake uncovered, turning once
until each piece is golden brown.
