1 Envelope Lipton Recipe
Secrets Onion Soup Mix
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1 Clove garlic, finely
chopped*
1 tablespoon Water
1 sl Bacon, crispcooked and
crumbled
3 One half pound Boneless pork loin roast

Scoring this roast serves 2 purposes it allows the seasonings to seep in
and...it's a decorative touch.
Preheat oven to 350F.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork; set aside.
In 13 x 9inch baking or roasting pan, arrange pork. With knife, score
(lightly cut) top of pork. Spoon soup mixture evenly over pork. Bake
uncovered 1 hour or until meat thermometer reaches 160F. Makes about 8
servings.

*If using Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix, omit
garlic.
