Recipe - Roast Lamb For Crock Pot

4 pound Lamb roast (or venison)
2 tablespoon Flour
Oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 lg Onion; cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Mustard
One fourth cup Vinegar or lemon juice
1 cn (16oz) tomatoes
Dredge lamb with flour and brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Add remaining
ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, then turn to low for 810
hours.
