Recipe - Roast Beef Roll-Ups

1 pack (6oz) herb stuffing mix
1 2/3 cup Margarine or butter
6 sl Cooked roast beef; 2oz
each, from deli; 1/4" thick
1 Jar (12oz) beef or brown
gravy
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using
12/3 cups water and One fourth cup margarine. Place One half cup stuffing mixture on
each slice of beef. Roll up, enclosing stuffing. Place beef rolls, seam
side down, in ungreased 8inch square (1One half quart) microwavesafe baking
dish. Pour gravy over beef rolls. Cover with microwavesafe waxed paper.
Microwave on HIGH for 810 minutes or until hot, rotating dish once halfway
through cooking. 6 servings.
