Recipe - Ricotta Cream

Tangy Fruit Salsa, (recipe
available)
2 cup Nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Vanilla
One half pack Light cream cheese, (8ounce
size)
Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food
processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until
smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Serve with Salsa.
