Recipe - Rich Chocolate Truffles

4 ounce Semisweet chocolate, broken
into small pieces
1 tablespoon Liqueur of your choice
Grand Marnier or Cointreau,
or Tia Maria, Chocolate
Almond, etc.
2 cup Confectioner's sugar, sifted
One half cup Unsalted butter, softened
slightly
2 tablespoon Instant chocolate milk mix
(or cocoa powder)
Melt the chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and beat in the
liqueur, confectioner's sugar and butter until smooth. If necessary,
add a little more confectioner's sugar to give a firm paste. Divide
into 24 pieces and shape into balls. Roll each one in the instant
chocolate milk mix until completely covered, then place in paper candy
cases.
