240 g LongGrain Rice (3 dl.)
5 Deciliters Water
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 dl Fresh Chives finely
Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic crushed or
Minced
Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to
a boil. Let boil covered for 4025 minutes at low heat. Add chives and
garlic before serving.
