Recipe - Rice Stuffed Fish Rolls

1 cup Cooked rice
One fourth cup Chopped carrots
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
5 tablespoon Melted sweet butter
6 Flounder fillets
1 One half tablespoon Flour
One fourth cup Fresh lemon juice
1 One fourth cup Fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon Aromatic bitters
Combine rice, carrots, parsley & 1 Tbls. melted butter; divide into 6
parts & spread on each fillet. Roll up fillet & fasten with
toothpicks, brush with 2 Tbls. butter. Bake in 350 oven for 2025
minutes. Stir remaining butter into flour; gradually stir in lemon
juice, orange juice & bitters. Cook mixture over low heat, stirring
constantly, until thick & bubbly. Spoon sauce over cooked fish rolls.
