Recipe - Rice Pudding Clinton

2 cup Rice cooked
5 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Butter; or oleo melted
2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One half cup Raisins optional
Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Add rice and
raisins if desired and pour into a greased 2quart casserole. Bake at 350
