Recipe - Rice Griddle Cakes

2 cup Cooked brown rice
1 cup Packed brown sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoon Magarine
1 cn Pie filling; any flavor or
4 cup Sliced fresh apples;
peaches, or pears
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
Three fourths cup Flour
Combine rice, pie filling or fruit, lemon juice, One half cup brown sugar,
cinnamon and salt in greased, shallow baking dish. Mix flour and remaining
brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over
ricefruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Serves
810.
