Recipe - Rice Dressing Prejean Style

1 One half pound Ground round or hamburger
2 md Onions; minced
1 Bell pepper; minced
1 Clove garlic; cut fine
One half cup Chopped green onion
1 One half cup Cooked rice
One half cn Cream of mushroom soup
Salt; pepper, red pepper,
garlic salt & onion salt to
taste
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
Simmer meat, minced onions, garlic, green pepper, parsley, green onions
and seasonings until completely brown. Drain off excess fat. Add a little
water and simmer until onions and green peppers and water are cooked down
(approximately One half hour or longer if necessary). You can keep adding a
little water to keep ingredients from sticking until everything is cooked.
Add mushroom soup and simmer until just moist enough to add rice. Mix
desired amount of rice according to your taste. Serves 6 to 8.
