Recipe - Rice Chantilly

3 cup Cooked white rice
One half cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Ground red pepper (up to 2)
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
Combine rice, sour cream, salt, pepper and One half cup cheese. Spoon into a
buttered, shallow 1 qt baking dish(I just spray with a little PAM). Top
with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
