Recipe - Rice Broccoli Cheese Turkey Casserole

PART A
2 cup Cooked rice
1 pack Frozen chopped Broccoli
(cooked according to
directions)
PART B
2 tablespoon Margarine:
One half cup Diced onion
One fourth cup Diced celery
PART C
1 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1
c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
PART D
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup (or
cream of chicken)
2 cup Cubed cooked turkey or
chicken (can also use
Shrimp or Ham) small jar of
chopped pimentos
NOODLES
3 Eggs (beaten slightly)
3 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cup Flour
Saute part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in
casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.
NOODLES: Beat eggs just till foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at
a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them
thin). Let dry (One half hour to 2 hours depending on humidity) till edges
start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about 1/4" wide. Spread out
and let noodles continue to dry.
