Recipe - Rice-A-Roni Egg Fu Yung

1 pack (6 1/4oz.) Golden Grain
Fried RiceARoni
8 Eggs
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 cn (16oz.) bean sprouts;
drained
One fourth cup Sliced green onion
SAUCE
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 cup Water

Have a couple RiceARoni recipes for you. Hope you enjoy them. They came
from my "Favorite Brand Name Recipe Cookbook".
Prepare Fried RiceARoni according to package directions; cool. Beat eggs
with 1 tblsp. soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooked RiceARoni, bean
sprouts, and green onion. Drop mixture by One half cupfuls onto greased griddle.
Brown on each side.
Sauce: Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, and water; cook until thick. Serve
over Egg Fu Yung. Serves 4.
