Recipe - Ribs With Plum Sauce

5 pound Pork spareribs; (5 Or 6 Lbs)
Three fourths cup Soy sauce
Three fourths cup Plum Jam Or Apricot
Preserves
Three fourths cup Honey
2 Garlic cloves; Minced
Cut ribs into servingsize pieces; place with bone side down on a rack in a
shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour or until ribs are
tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; brush some of the sauce over
ribs. Bake at 350F or grill over medium coals, uncovered, for 30 minutes,
brushing occasionally with sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
