Ingredients:
Rhubarb Custard Pie recipe makes 30 Cookies
2 Eggs,slightly beaten
2 tablespoon Milk
2 cup Sugar
One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 cup Rhubarb
Combine ingredients;pour into 9" pastrylined pan or pie plate.
Bake @ 400 degrees 10 minutes.Then bake @ 300 degrees 50 to 60
minutes.Cool.Top with whipped cream.
