Recipe - Rhubarb Compote

Ingredients:
Rhubarb Compote recipe makes 16 Servings
2 pound Fresh rhubarb stalks,;
cut or sliced up to 1inch lengths
1 One half cup Orange juice
1/3 cup Clover honey
Lowfat vanilla yogurt
Cinnamon
Simmer rhubarb, orange juice, and honey together in nonreactive pan for 8
minutes until rhubarb is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from heat
and cool until warm. Serve in bowls topped with dollops of yogurt.
