Recipe - Rhubarb Bills Coffee Cake

CAKE
1 One half cup Sugar
One half cup Shortening
1 Egg
1 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Flour
2 cup Finely chopped rhubarb

TOPPING
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
One half cup Sugar

Mix everything except the rhubarb together in a large bowl. Stir in
rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Combine topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 350€F for 3035 minutes.
