Recipe - Rhubarb-Pecan Muffins

2 cup Flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, large
2 teaspoon Grated orange peel
1 One fourth cup Rhubarb, fresh fine chopped
Three fourths cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Baking soda
Three fourths cup Chopped pecans
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
Three fourths cup Orange juice

Combine all dry ingredients. Beat egg and oil; add orange juice. Add to
flour mix. Add rhubarb. Bake 350F 2530 min.
