Recipe - Rhubarb-Peach Jam (Mw)

4 cup Rhubarb minced
1 lg Can
1 One half cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Orange peel grated
Peaches with juice
See note about microwave times!!
Chop the peaches and combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.=20
Cover the surface of the mixture with waxed paper. Microwave on high for
710 minutes, until it comes to a full bowl. Remove the waxed paper and
cook on high for 1525 minutes, unti l very syrupy, checking frequently in
the last 10 minutes.=20
Store in jam jars... freezes well too.
