Recipe - Rhodas Cheese Ball

8 ounce Softened Philadelphia Cream
Cheese
1 Jar (small glass) Old
English Roka Blue Cheese
1 Jar (small glass) Old
English Sharp Cheese
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Vinegar
Blend ingredients together till smooth. Chill and then shape in a ball.
Roll in crushed pecans. I usually put a sprig of plastic holly leaves and
berries on top for Christmas. Gives it a little color. Serve with a nice
variety of crackers.
