Recipe - Reubens Cabbage Bake

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 cup Chopped cabbage
One half cup Chopped onion
One fourth teaspoon Caraway seeds
Salt and pepper
2 One half To 3 oz. pkg cut or sliced up corned
beef,; chopped
One half cup Shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoon Thousand Island salad
dressing
5 Oz. can refrigerator
biscuits

Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Add cabbage, onion and caraway seeds
and cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. Mix corned beef, Swiss cheese and dressing. Line two
individual greased baking dishes with the biscuits. Divide the hot coabbage
mixture between the two dishes. Top with the corned beef mixture. Bake at
375ø for 1820 minutes, until browned. MC formatting and posted by
