Ingredients:
Reuben Reuben Bread recipe makes 8 Servings
One half cup Water; lukewarm
3 cup White bread flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Buttermilk; dried
One half cup Plain yogurt
Three fourths cup Muenster cheese; shredded
3 tablespoon Beaten egg
3 tablespoon Sauerkraut
One half cup Pastrami
1 3/8 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
